Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

Note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Damages and Wrong Items (Important)

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item received

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.


Conditions for Clothing Returns

Returns for clothing are only accepted if:

  • The item is wrong, or
  • The item is damaged

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order after approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
